UDUS Sokoto Post-UTME: Requirements and Practice
UDUS Sokoto post-UTME explained: no official 2026/2027 screening notice found, what blogs report about forms and cut-offs, and how to prepare either way.

Usmanu Danfodiyo University in Sokoto is a case where the honest answer is "we could not confirm". We searched UDUS's official pages and did not find a 2026/2027 undergraduate post-UTME notice. This page tells you what we did and did not find, so you do not pay for a form that may not exist.
What the screening is
Not published, as far as we could find. The official UDUS site and admissions portal that we could reach carried no 2026/2027 post-UTME notice, no format, no subjects and no dates. A third-party blog reports that UDUS does not sell post-UTME forms for 2026/2027, and another blog says the form had not been released. These are secondary reports that disagree in tone, so they are not enough to say that there is no screening. They should make you cautious about paying anyone.
What blogs report about eligibility
The following is reported, not confirmed:
- MySchool.ng reported on 21 May 2026 that UDUS released its approved admission cut-off marks for 2026/2027.
- We could not read the marks themselves: the MySchool.ng article (21 May 2026) points to an attached file we could not open. Blogs quote general and course figures, but we cannot trace them to UDUS, so we do not repeat any.
The only "no post-UTME" announcement we found was from the 2017/2018 session, so it tells you nothing about this year.
How admission could work without a post-UTME
If a university does not run a separate test, admission usually rests on your UTME score, your O'level results uploaded to JAMB CAPS, the course cut-off and the quota rules, with the offer appearing on your CAPS profile. We cannot say that this is how UDUS did it in 2026/2027, because UDUS has not told us in a source we could read. Check your CAPS profile and the UDUS admissions page, and do not rely on anyone who claims to "arrange" a slot.

What is not published
No official aggregate formula, test format or subjects for UDUS were available to us. Our aggregate calculator guide explains the method if a formula is later confirmed.
A practice plan for UDUS
Prepare for both cases: no separate test, and a test announced at short notice.
- Protect your O'level record. Upload to JAMB CAPS and confirm that names and details match.
- Know your course cut-off. Look it up on UDUS's own site and compare it with your UTME score. See what JAMB score you need for admission.
- Keep a light routine. Three or four sessions a week on English practice, Mathematics practice and your course subjects keeps you ready.
- Add timed sets if a test appears. The method in how to prepare for post-UTME shows how to scale up in four weeks.
Original example: Express 0.375 as a fraction in its lowest terms. 0.375 = 375/1000 = 3/8. This question is ours, not from UDUS.
Compare UNIMAID and University of Abuja to see how other schools publish theirs. No source can promise admission.
Checklist before you pay anything
- Do not pay for a UDUS post-UTME form unless UDUS itself confirms it exists for your session.
- Check your CAPS profile for admission offers instead of relying on messages.
- Compare UDUS's own cut-off list with your score.
- Report suspicious sellers to the university through its published contact.
A six-week schedule
| Week | Focus | Target |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Find the official notice and note the rules | A one-page summary in your own words |
| 2 | Core skills | Three 25-question sets in English Language and Mathematics |
| 3 | Course subjects | Two sets per subject |
| 4 | Timed mixed blocks | 40 questions in about 40 minutes |
| 5 | Adapt to the announced format | Switch to test, document or interview preparation |
| 6 | Review and logistics | Slip, ID, route, sleep |
With no official notice found, the best use of time is steady practice and checking official pages. Adjust the weeks if your window is shorter, and cut the number of subjects rather than the number of timed sets.
Two more practice questions
Both are original, written for this guide, and not taken from any UDUS paper.
- A rope 3.6 m long is cut into 6 equal pieces. How long is each piece? Working: 3.6 ÷ 6 = 0.6 m.
- Which of these is a primary colour of light: red, yellow or orange? Working: Red; the primary colours of light are red, green and blue.
After each set, write down why you missed a question: a content gap, a careless slip or a time problem. Each needs a different fix.
Practise now
ExamPadi has 46,182 practice questions across JAMB, WAEC, NECO and NABTEB, with timed CBT mode, free practice and a Pro tier, on Android, iOS, web and Windows. Practise for your Post-UTME so you are ready whichever way UDUS goes. Confirm every date, fee and score on the university's official portal or website before you act; no guide can promise admission.

Does UDUS Sokoto hold a post-UTME?
We could not find an official 2026/2027 UDUS post-UTME notice. A blog reports that UDUS does not sell post-UTME forms this session. Confirm with UDUS before you act.
What is the UDUS cut-off mark?
MySchool.ng reported on 21 May 2026 that UDUS released approved cut-off marks, in a file we could not open, so we cannot give a figure. Use UDUS's own list.
Where should I check for official UDUS admission news?
On udusok.edu.ng and the admissions portal at admissions.udusok.edu.ng, and on your JAMB CAPS profile for admission offers.
Should I still practise if there is no post-UTME?
Yes. Your UTME score, O'level results and cut-offs still decide your place, and the same skills help in your first semester.
